So, a few years back I interviewed for a mid-level BA role, and I figure it's probably pretty similar nowadays. First, there was a chat with the internal recruiter. Then, I had an interview with the hiring manager. Finally, the third stage involved an interview plus presenting a pre-prepared task to the hiring manager and two of the senior team members.
It was a 3 stage interview process. First was an initial call, then a technical assessment, and finally a behavioural assessment. The interview panel had a single person who was very open and relaxed. Different managers conducted the different interviews.
The interview process took about 3 weeks. It started with an initial phone interview where I spoke with two interviewers about my background and current projects. This was followed by a video interview where I had to prepare and present my approach to a large project or problem. The HR team was great throughout, keeping me informed about timelines and showing genuine interest, which really helped make the process smooth.
