Candidate-reported interview process

The process was split into a 15 min intro call with a recruiter, then a 1 hour session with a lead engineer and an engineering manager to dive into my background and technical skills. After that, there was a 2 hour pair programming exercise with two engineers (a lead and a senior), followed by a 30 min behavioral chat with a tech lead. Everything was done online. It was a solid interview loop, without any random algorithmic tests. It was over 3 hours of tough technical interviews, so it was pretty challenging, but if you know your stuff, you can totally show what you're made of.

We did a quick informal chat first, then you had to do a take-home coding test where you'd push your final solution to a GitHub repo. After that, there was a final interview to go over the code test and talk about your past technical experiences.

Had a first chat with the hiring manager, they were super helpful and enthusiastic. Then, there was a quick 30 min phone interview with someone from engineering who wasn't technical. After that, I heard nothing back.
