Candidate-reported interview process

So I went to the office for an in-person interview. The interviewer was like 30 minutes late. There was some mix-up with the room booking, so they asked me to wait. I ended up sitting in the kitchen/common area while they tried to find a room. Then I got a call saying they were supposed to be in another meeting, which just added to the disorganized vibe. But, everyone I talked to was nice, the culture seemed good, and the job looked like it would give me a good amount of freedom and responsibility. All in all, the process felt a bit all over the place, but the team atmosphere came across well.

The interview process was pretty standard with these stages: 1. Initial screening call 2. First Interview 3. Task / Case study 4. Second interview. The interviews for each stage were well organised.

The interview process was unsatisfactory, as I received canned rejection emails without any feedback. These emails were delayed, and even when a headhunter reached out months later for a hiring attempt, the entire experience was poorly managed.
