Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and about a week later, I received an invitation to do a video interview. It was one of those where you can complete it at your own pace, with pre-set questions that I had to record my answers for.

It was good and easy. No maths test just asked about my experience and why I was suitable for the role. The people who interviewed me were nice and friendly. I would recommend working here and interviewing here

The interview process was very intense with no breaks. It involved a group interview which was an intake exercise, a math test that wasn't too difficult, and a 121 interview. Everyone spoke very fast, and they kept emphasizing the need for a certain personality type.
