Candidate-reported interview process

It's a 3 stage process that you can expect in most tech companies! The first stage is a technical case study presentation. The second stage is behavioral questions with the Head of Technology and Head of Product. The final stage is being interviewed by the executive VP of Digital Product. They're in the process of hiring a Director of Product Design, so depending on when you read this, the final interview will be with a different person.

The interview process had three stages and it all went super smoothly. I got helpful feedback after each interview, which was a nice surprise since that doesn't always happen. The recruiter, Issey, was really good and kept me updated on what was next. Overall, a really good experience.

The interview process involved three main parts. First, I had a 30-minute chat with Issey, a recruiter at ASOS focusing on tech. Then, the first real interview was about 1 hour and 45 minutes long, where I presented a case study and talked with two ASOS folks. After that, I had another 45-minute interview with two more people from ASOS. The very last part was a 30-minute in-person chat with the EVP of Digital Product at ASOS's London office in Camden, and they even showed me around the place.
