I thought everything was going great until it wasn't. I was almost done with the interview process and only had one final step left: a chat with a director for a culture fit and a final sanity check. Things looked like they would wrap up quickly, but then there was a month-long delay, followed by a couple more months of silence until HR just stopped responding and ended up leaving the company. It was really disappointing because the interviewers I spoke with were fantastic, and I invested a lot of time in preparing, which isn't easy, especially when the whole interview process drags on for over a month.
i had a recruiter call first, then a scheduled interview with the hiring manager but it got cancelled because the role got postponed and i never heard back after that.
Got a recruiter call first. Then went in person to meet the hiring manager. After that, I had to do a case study and present it to the hiring manager and another PM. Last round was with some senior people.
