It was a good experience. Two rounds in total. First, I spoke with my potential manager, and then I had a second interview with the head of the department. The first interview focused on situational questions, while the second was more about why I'd be a good fit for the company.
I applied and they sent me an automatic interview where I had to record my answers. After that, I had a zoom interview, but they said I didn't have enough experience, even though they had my CV and I'd already done the first interview.
I applied and they invited me for a Hirevue online interview which was about 20 mins, self-recorded asking questions about buying. Then after a few weeks, I was invited to ASOS HQ for an assessment centre day. It started with a group interview and then a 1-1 interview with a buyer where I had to present a pre-given task and go through a technical interview. About 2 weeks later I got a call saying I had cleared the assessment centre and they were ready to make an offer.
