Candidate-reported interview process

The recruiter was great and made it easy to understand what to expect. I got good feedback after each stage. It was a timeless and clean process. I didn't get the job, but I'd be happy to reapply knowing what I need to work on.

Very bad experience, recruiter scheduled interview with me 2 times but never came to meeting and I wait for more than half hour twice!! More interesting point is I did not ask to schedule the interview for second time, but he did not come to meeting too!

The hiring process began with a recruiter reaching out. It was structured into four stages: an initial interview, a technical assignment, and two in-person interviews, one remote and one on-site. The entire process took a while mainly due to distance and the holiday period. Everyone I interacted with during the interviews was really nice, pleasant, and positive. Even though the questions were quite thorough, I'd still suggest applying to ASOS for anyone looking for a role.
