Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was skipped entirely. The candidate felt it was insulting to be given a basic math test, similar to GCSE level, as part of the screening for a role requiring fully qualified accountants.

Had a screener call with HR and then a Hiring Manager interview with some technical questions. Role was cancelled at this stage so not sure what stages would have followed.

They did a numerical test and seemed to like my application, but it's been over a month with no communication from the recruiter or the company. It seems like they don't care about applicants because they haven't provided any updates.
