Candidate-reported interview process

They say they distribute leads, but that doesn't happen. The processes are confusing and disorganized, not clear and not very instructive. There's no HR in the company to follow up on processes and manage company climate with managers, which is terrible.

The whole application process felt really messy, disorganized, and unclear. It seemed like they weren't sure who they were actually looking for, just sticking to generic questions without trying to learn anything specific about me. They came across as inflexible, distant, and uninterested. It felt like they want someone who's already doing this exact same job somewhere else and aren't really interested in developing or inspiring people. Plus, the salary wasn't competitive.

I got invited to an interview. After the interview, I got told I would receive an answer soon afterwards. Did not receive an answer for weeks. Asked for a status update. Got told I would receive one by next week. Did not receive a reply until now (more than 2 months have passed).
