Candidate-reported interview process

We had a group interview with about 20 people, starting with an ice breaker and then a group activity. After that, I had a personal interview with a manager. There was also a writing skills test where I had to write a couple of email responses to customer emails.

It took a while to get an interview after I applied. The interview process itself was alright, but considering how many people likely apply, I guess I get why it takes so long.

I had a 15-minute chat with the recruiter to go over the role and company. Then, I spent an hour with the line manager and a colleague answering competency questions about my experience and values. Finally, there was a 30-minute follow-up interview with a senior manager over the phone.
