Applied online and after a month, I was contacted about a numerical reasoning test. It was super tight on time, and the clock was hidden when I scrolled down, so I couldn't really manage my time. Also, the questions didn't clarify what some of the metrics they were asking for were.
You'll need to get ready some specific cases based on your past experience. If you know your stuff, it won't be tough. You can work on this from home. The rest of the interview is pretty standard.
So basically it was an assessment centre, there were about ten of us. First we had a group interview, then a presentation, and then a one-to-one interview with three people who asked me STAR questions.
