It was a smooth process overall. The questions were mostly situational. The interviewer would give me hypothetical scenarios and I had to explain the strategies I'd use to handle them and effectively market their product.
They used the star method for the interview, nothing too special. It was mainly basic customer service questions. The interview seemed okay, but the manager seemed really uninterested. I I I I I I
It was a bit long, but the end result was great. It was worth the wait. I never felt like I was in a high-pressure interview. Everyone was really supportive the whole time. If you do well in the Versent round, everything else will go smoothly.
