Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty easy virtual interview with about 4 people and 3 different interviews. The staff was amazing and made me feel comfortable.

I applied on their website and the whole thing took about a month. HR emailed me about a week after I applied to set up a phone interview. They told me about the company and the job, and asked about my background. Then, two weeks later, I had three 30-minute interviews with some managers and the director. They asked me behavioral questions and about my past experience. They got back to me with a decision within two weeks after that.

First, I had a chat with HR, and then a second interview with the hiring manager. They talked about their work and what they're looking for. They also asked about my background and why I chose this field. The manager was really nice and friendly, and it seemed to go well.
