So I went through multiple rounds, starting with HR, then the hiring manager, and then someone from a different group. HR didn't share much and told me to save my questions for the hiring manager. There was a really long wait between interviews before I heard about the next steps. The HR lead didn't have much info, which made it unclear what the process was or what to expect. I also had a lot of unanswered emails. It was a tough process logistically, and I wish HR had done a better job for candidates.
The interview involved candidates submitting recorded video responses to the provided questions. Candidates did not get a chance to ask questions about the role or company.
It was a three round process. The first round was a virtual interview where I had to record myself answering multiple questions. The second round was a manager interview where I spoke with about 5 people on the team, and they quizzed me. The third round was the final interview.
