Candidate-reported interview process
It started with an automated phone screen, then a phone interview with a recruiter, and finally an in-person interview at the headquarters in Illinois.
Had an on-campus interview that lasted an hour with two campus recruiters, focusing on behavioral questions. The final interview was in Northbrook with a senior leader, and I also had a conversation with someone currently in the LDP. Received the offer about a week after the final round.
My interview process started with a phone screen where I answered some pre-recorded questions about my background. After that, I had a video interview with a current LDP member that lasted 45 minutes, focusing on my experiences and some behavioral questions. The final stage was an all-day event at their headquarters in Northbrook, which included a program overview, a case study, lunch, a Q&A with current LDPs, and a final interview. Unfortunately, I didn't get an offer.
