So I talked to the recruiter first and they were super communicative. After that, I met with the hiring leader, who was really nice and friendly. It just didn't work out with the timing, so I ended up taking another offer, but the whole experience was pretty good.
The interview process was smooth and went well. I felt comfortable and that the interview process was fair. It was a behavioral based interview. I would recommend others to apply and interview at Allstate.
So, for the apprenticeship interviews, there are two hiring managers who will be in the room with you. We start off with some basic situational questions, like 'tell us about a time...' and then we move on to a case study exercise. This is to really gauge your communication and presentation skills.
