This was the second interview, and there are three in total. It went really well. They asked about my plan for studying for my actuarial exams, and then one question about my behavior, followed by two questions that involved data analysis. The interviewers were nice and responsive.
The interview was pretty relaxed. First, there was a recorded interview I could do whenever, then a live one with two actuaries, and finally another live one with 3-4 actuaries. They asked a mix of behavioral and analytical questions, but nothing too specific to the job, which was nice for an entry-level position. Everyone was really nice and helped me out.
There was 1 pre-recorded interview for background questions, then 2 45-min zoom interviews with 2 actuaries where they asked why Allstate, 1 behavior question, and 2 analytic questions, followed by a 90min zoom interview with different people.
