Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was online over zoom with three people on the panel. They asked me about my past work experience. They also asked if I can work well with others or by myself. They inquired if I would be okay with remote work if it was an option. Finally, they asked what I thought were the most important duties of the job.

Applied on Indeed and got scheduled for an interview the same day. It was a simple interview, not using the S.T.A.R method. Just come prepared with your resume ready and you should be fine.

I had a single in-person meeting with the manager at the Allstate office. It was a pretty standard interview. The manager was really nice and made it feel super comfortable. Got an offer and started soon after.
