The interview started with a quick phone screen that felt a bit pointless. Next was a technical interview where I had to answer two analysis questions to show my knowledge. Finally, there was another phone screening with a senior leader who was more interested in my career goals.
They ask technical and medical questions. There's also a technical test. A panel of healthcare domain experts conducts the interview, which typically lasts 45 minutes. Sometimes, they also call for an in-person interview.
The whole interview thing took like 4-5 months. It was pretty chill, mostly behavioral and scenario questions. After I interviewed, it took the recruiter 4-5 weeks to let me know I didn't get the apprenticeship, which was super slow. Others said their hiring took 6-8 weeks. Not sure why it was so long, felt like a waste of time. And when they reject you, they ghost you. I had to ask the recruiter multiple times about my status.
