Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process had 2 rounds in allstate. The 1st round checked your technical skills for your role and responsibilities. The 2nd round was a manager round, also about your role and responsibilities.

There were a total of 4 rounds. The first round focused on Java Spring concepts, questions about projects on my resume, Kafka, and queues. The second round asked about Kafka and database design for use cases. Then there was a managerial round and a VP round.

I applied online and was contacted by email for a face-to-face technical interview the following Saturday. I arrived at the location at 8:45 AM. I had to wait a bit because the panel wasn't ready. The interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. After that, I was informed that I had passed the technical round. They mentioned that a managerial round would be scheduled for the next weekend and they would email me with the details. However, I haven't heard back from them since.
