Started with a chat with the internal recruiter. They were really easy to talk to and gave me a good amount of useful info about the company and the role. The call didn't even last 30 minutes.
The process was really smooth. First, I had a phone call with an HR person. Then, I was set up for a 1-hour interview with a few team leads. This interview was mostly behavioral questions, like 'tell me about a time when...' It was a bit nerve-wracking because only one person asked questions while the others just watched with their cameras on. I got an offer the day after my interview with the team leads.
The interview process felt smooth and easy, and was well done and complete. The employee I spoke with was knowledgeable about the job, it just wasn't the right fit for me. I didn't receive an offer, but I was happy about that.
