Candidate-reported interview process

On demand video interview. Honestly, don’t waste your time. They don’t hire people of color and they take a month to let you know you didn’t get the position and if you ask for feedback, they ignore you.

I applied online and about a week later, I got an email for a 60-minute virtual interview. Two hiring managers talked to me. It was a pretty okay experience. They asked a lot of situation-based questions, which was a bit tough since I didn't have any claims adjusting experience before this.

It was a pretty straightforward three-week hiring process. First, there was a recorded response interview, then two live interviews done virtually. Since I didn't have prior insurance experience, most of the questions focused on customer service skills. I got a job offer after the final interview.
