The hiring process here is quite involved, and it can take about 3 to 4 weeks from start to finish. You'll also have to pay for a boot camp yourself to get your insurance license.
First I had a phone interview, then an in person interview and then I was hired. After that I had to study for my state license and passed a test after 3 weeks of studying. Then I shadowed and participated in hands on training.
The interview process has 2 different parts to it. You will have to call in first and do a voice interview. Then you will do a zoom video interview with someone from the company. It is very easy going. They have a lot of diversity in the company as well.
