The offices are disgusting, and everyone works together in one open room. They work with contractors and aren't serious about their procedures and policy. They aren't really interested in getting to know you; they just won't fit the role they are looking for, at the least for the position.
It was a good experience. The recruiter took time to explain the pay formulas for renewal and walked me through several different lines of business. It was a pleasant experience for a job interview.
First, I had to do this recorded video interview thing which was weird, like a monologue. Then, after radio silence for a while, a recruiter called. After that, it took them ages, like 5-6 weeks, to set up just three interviews with the hiring manager and the team. And then... nothing. Total ghosting after they used up two months of my time. It's wild how some places think this is okay now. They go on and on about their values but can't even be bothered to give a simple call or email to say 'no.' They treat people like garbage.
