The process started with a phone screen, which went well. Then I had a 2-hour interview with the Product Manager VP, and a week later, I interviewed with three peers (compliance, actuary, and project management VP roles). These interviews really dug into my skills and how I'd fit in. But then, crickets. I followed up weekly via email, but a month later, my application status on the company site just said 'Denied.' No email, nothing. Super unprofessional. I'd tell others to skip this company.
It was all resume-based interviews. They dug deep into each project, asking how it helps customers in the real world and why a specific tech stack was chosen.
