Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was long. After taking the online assessment. You have a few days to take a virtual interview, just a recording of yourself answering questions. If you pass this round of the process then you will interview in person. I did not get this far.

It was a typical interview process. First, I had a phone screen with an HR person who didn't seem to know much about the specific role. After that, I had a call with the hiring manager, and then an in-person interview with three directors.

First, the interviewer talked about her background and experience. Then she asked me to introduce myself. After that, there were 3 questions about working in teams.
