I applied on a Wednesday and got an email from the recruiter the next day on Thursday to set up a 15 minute phone screen. During the phone screen, the recruiter explained the details of the job and asked questions related to what was on my resume. At the end of the call, she told me that I passed the screening and scheduled an interview with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager lasted an hour and she again explained the details of the job and training then asked “tell me about a time when…” questions. I got a job offer the next day after this interview.
The hiring process involved a Hirevue (behavioral), followed by a phone interview (behavioral), and then a final back-to-back interview which was mainly behavioral but included a very basic technical question: explaining a statistical concept to a layperson. All questions were pretty straightforward.
The interview process started with a quick initial phone screening, less than 10 minutes long. After that, there was a video interview that lasted between 45 minutes and an hour. We talked about the job description, training involved, and what the expectations are. Then, they went over my resume, focusing on previous job titles, descriptions, and reasons for leaving. The rest of the interview was filled with a lot of behavioral and situational questions. I'm not sure if I got the job yet since I just finished.
