Candidate-reported interview process

I had a video screening first, then talked to a recruiter, and then the hiring manager. It was comprehensive and they used a standard questions scorecard. Two people were on the panel that interviewed me. They were very informative and took time to describe the position thoroughly and answer my questions.

They have specific questions they want answers to. You'll do much better if you give examples instead of being generic. They'll give you a chance to add more info if they feel you weren't specific enough.

The interview process was straightforward. It included a phone interview and then a face-to-face interview conducted via Webex. I received the offer about 3 days after the final interview. It did take approximately 2 weeks from application to hearing back about the initial phone interview.
