Candidate-reported interview process

It started with a self-introduction and a detailed discussion about my resume, personal career plans, and interest in the insurance industry. Then, he introduced the company and the position. The interview included an algorithms coding panel. The last step was receiving reviews and feedback on my performance.

I had an interview with HR, and then a full day technical interview with the team. The interview started with 2 coding interviews: one focused on algorithms and the other on SQL. After that, there were in-depth questions about Spark and Hive.

I got an initial call from the campus career fair. Then, there was an HR phone screening where they asked general skill-related questions. After that, I had an hour-long technical face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview itself was okay, but I wasn't ready for the SQL problems. I didn't get an offer in the end.
