Candidate-reported interview process

It involved a 30-minute performance task which I completed. After that, there was a panel interview where I had to answer questions.

This was the most unprofessional experience with racist and homophobic undertones. The whole process took about 3 months. The recruiter was chaotic and would call or email outside of business hours. The employees didn't seem happy or enthusiastic about their jobs.

Applying was simple, the first interview felt good and the questions were simple, but the second interview was more about critical thinking and difficult to understand. They will make you go through some scenarios to see how you would deal with problems.
