Candidate-reported interview process

So I had this automated Hirevue interview first, then after that I had an interview with 3 people, and then a one on one interview. The whole thing took about 4 weeks. The interview with the 3 interviewers was about an hour.

I had a 30-minute phone screening with someone from the finance leadership development program. They asked me some personal questions and a couple of behavioral questions. It finished a bit early, so I asked her some questions. I was pretty relaxed, and they got back to me fast.

I applied online and a few days later, I got an email for a first interview. It went well, and the recruiter told me I was moving on. I got another email to schedule a second interview, and the questions were really similar. The final interview was a call with my manager, and she asked me the same stuff.
