The hiring process involved a Hirevue (behavioral), followed by a phone interview (behavioral), and then a final back-to-back interview which was mainly behavioral but included a very basic technical question: explaining a statistical concept to a layperson. All questions were pretty straightforward.
I went through an initial HireVue screening, and then a panel interview with three actuaries and a program manager who had varied experience. It was good to talk to people with different backgrounds.
The interview process included a 30-minute 1-on-1 interview, followed by a 1-hour panel interview with current team analysts. They only asked behavioral questions, no technical ones. I went through the panel interview, and then each analyst told me about their roles and I could ask them questions.
