I interviewed for a department that's not around anymore. It started with a recruiter screener. Then, there were two more phone interviews with consultants. The last one was a phone interview with the head of the department, but it got cut short because they were called into another meeting. Not sure if that last part matters, just writing a review for a chance to win something.
Had a few phone interviews. They were pretty standard, but you gotta be ready in case they throw some curveballs. The first one was about a month after applying, and the next one was two weeks after that.
I had an in-person interview with the supervisor and department manager. They asked general questions related to the job, like how I've dealt with customer problems before.
