Candidate-reported interview process

This happened before Aetna bought Coventry Healthcare. There were two phone chats with HR, then two phone chats with the Hiring Manager. The last interview was on-site with the Hiring Manager, a second manager, and the hiring director.

The interview process was straightforward and moved quite fast. I spoke with an HR rep and a senior manager. The interview lasted about 2 hours and included a quick tour of the building and a short company overview. The HR rep also went over the company benefits.

I applied online for a business analyst role. First, I had a 15 minute chat with the hiring manager. Then, I had another interview in person at the office. I spent the whole day there being interviewed by different people. About a week later, I got a job offer.
