Candidate-reported interview process

So I applied for this job and they got back to me in a couple weeks to set up some interviews. It was quite a long process, went through 4 interviews, and took about 3 months from when I first applied to when it all wrapped up.

The interviews were all behavioral. They really wanted to get to know how much you knew about the company, industry, and past sales experiences. It was not technical, however the interviewer enjoyed hearing about the product knowledge I had.

There was an initial phone interview to see if you qualified for the next step. The management team was very friendly and courteous, which made the interview process less intimidating. It's important to be clear about what career track your role will be on. Career advancement is tremendous, though it can be challenging to switch to an alternative career track. I would highly recommend Aetna; it's a very great company and provider for its members.
