Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process involves roughly three interviews where you'll chat with a few different people who will ask you a number of questions. You'll need to demonstrate knowledge about Aetna and explain your interest in this specific position.

It started with a quick phone screen, then a whole afternoon of interviews. I met with 5 different people, who were all from the region and at different levels. The very next day, I had one more interview with someone who couldn't make it the day before.

Submitted an online application, had a phone call with HR, then interviewed with the hiring manager, the immediate director, and folks in the same role. You'll either get an email saying you weren't a fit, or HR will call with an offer.
