Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process went very smoothly I was quite impressed! I had a first and second interview and both of the management they interviewed me lol as super friendly. It was an overall great experience.

I missed my interview due to terrible communication. After the miscommunication, they refused to reschedule with me. Even though I was referred by a high-level employee, they didn't seem to care enough to set up another interview.

I had a phone interview with HR first, then the hiring manager. They answered all my questions before we finished. It was a good experience overall, I'd recommend it.
