Candidate-reported interview process

The whole process is about 30 days max. Usually you will interview with everyone in the same day. Typical questions are tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here.

I had five one-on-one meetings back-to-back. They mostly asked questions based on my resume. They also asked some questions about the industry and if I knew about the company. Most of the interviewers were nice, except one. They showed me around the building. I had lunch with one of the interviewers.

It was a 15 minute phone screen with HR. They started with some admin questions like if I could make the commute and what my desired salary was. Then they went over the position details, though they weren't in finance so they just read the job description. Finally, they asked a couple of quick situational questions.
