Candidate-reported interview process

Setting up this interview was a bit tricky. The interview itself felt pretty relaxed, and I could easily chat with the interviewer. They asked me about my motivations for wanting this internship and what I hoped to gain from the experience.

I applied for an internship online and got a referral through a contact. The first step was a phone screening where they asked about revenue generation, and I explained it's through premiums. After that, I had a camera interview with someone.

Interviews are completed in rounds. Great process with very friendly people. Person of contact was easy to communicate with and made sure I understood the interview process. Would interview again if granted the opportunity.
