The interview process started with a quick initial phone screening, less than 10 minutes long. After that, there was a video interview that lasted between 45 minutes and an hour. We talked about the job description, training involved, and what the expectations are. Then, they went over my resume, focusing on previous job titles, descriptions, and reasons for leaving. The rest of the interview was filled with a lot of behavioral and situational questions. I'm not sure if I got the job yet since I just finished.
My first interview was over the phone on a Wednesday. That Friday I was interviewed a second time through video call. Recruiters were informative. A lot of tell me about a time questions were asked.
I got a phone screen within 48 hours, and then the main job interview was the next week because of the holiday. The interview was about 30 minutes long and felt super comfortable, no pressure at all. I had prepared my answers beforehand and practiced them a few times. The actual interview was a video chat.
