Candidate-reported interview process

They advertised the job externally as a Director, but when they were giving me the offer, they let me know that the internal title for the same job was actually Senior Manager. They didn't mention beforehand that the external title would be different from the internal one.

I had about six short interviews back to back in one day, each around 30 minutes. I met with people on the same team, my potential boss, and even the VP.

So I had 3 interviews, 2 were phone calls, and then one was in person. They all said they really wanted me to join the team. In the end, I was told I wasn't dynamic enough after spending 6 hours on this. So, the feedback was I wasn't dynamic enough?
