I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, and then I was called in for two in-person interviews. The first in-person interview was with the hiring manager, and the second was with one of their colleagues. Both interviewers seemed very impressed and thought I was a strong candidate. However, I never heard back from them, not even a rejection. I tried following up a few times because I know managers are busy, but I was ignored.
The interview process was nice, but they kept asking the same questions in different ways. The recruiters were really unorganized and seemed annoyed when I followed up about the extremely slow process. They told me they were hiring immediately, but it took two months to get an offer, and I had already accepted another job because I thought I didn't get it.
Met with the recruiter and hiring manager at a job fair. The whole process spanned over 4 weeks. My first impression was good, but then things got messy. They called me for an onsite interview, but it got postponed multiple times. When I finally traveled there, nobody was available to meet. So, I decided to stop pursuing this opportunity.
