Candidate-reported interview process

I went through a webinar with JumpStart and then got picked for a first interview with someone in the FLDP program. I didn't make it to the next stage.

I applied through my campus website and soon after got an email for a phone screen. The person who interviewed me was friendly but seemed new to the company and wasn't very helpful when I asked questions.

I applied through college and then followed up. They got back to me saying they want to chat for 30 mins. It wasn't too hard, but you really need to know stuff about the responsibility.
