Candidate-reported interview process
It was a complex interview process, 3 rounds in total. There was a test case at the end that was related to the area I was applying for. It's best to negotiate as much as you can because there's no real career progression here.
They didn't ask much during the interview. Mostly, they inquired about my available work dates and the minimum hours I could commit to per week. They also asked about the job scope and my responsibilities.
The interview started with a virtual case study on managing website user journeys. This was followed by a second round with another business leader. After that, the offer was extended, which I accepted. There was also a friendly conversation with HR where they aimed to provide the best possible offer.
