Candidate-reported interview process

Applied online and then had my application screened. Had a phone call, followed by a technical assessment, and then a few rounds of interviews. First, I met with the manager, then either the director or a stakeholder I'd be supporting. Finally, there was an HR call to discuss pay.

The interview process was very fast and streamlined, but then I was ghosted after the final interview. It would have been nice to get some feedback. Seems like a nice company overall, just an unfortunate end to the interview process.

They were very kind and offered opportunities for growth, either in your home country or overseas. They also have multiple benefits for training people. They provide feedback after the interview and take care to be more human throughout the process.
