First remote interview where you have to answer HR questions via pre-recorded videos + a second interview with the KAM Manager + Sales HR during which a case study in English must be presented.

So, the interview process was like this: first, a 30-minute phone call. Then, a 1-hour session on Microsoft Teams. Finally, another 1-hour session on Microsoft Teams, but this time with the director, where we went over case studies, my experience, behavior, and personality.

I submitted an online application for an Account Manager role at Adidas APAC. Later, I received an email inviting me to an online interview with HR. It was a pretty good interview, and the questions were pretty standard. Unfortunately, I haven't heard back from HR since then, even after sending a follow-up email. This lack of communication is quite unprofessional; they should at least send a rejection email if I'm not moving forward.
