Candidate-reported interview process
Had a 40-minute HR interview where we talked about me for about 12 minutes. There was a coding exercise at the end, and then another session to review it. Then, a 30-minute interview with the director.
So there were 3 interviews. First one was with HR, after that there was a technical interview, and finally with the team manager where you finally find out how the rest of the interviews went and if there's a job offer or not.
The interview was overall very pleasant. The atmosphere was friendly, the questions were fair. Nevertheless, I have received no feedback at all so far, which I find quite strange.
