It was a complex interview process, 3 rounds in total. There was a test case at the end that was related to the area I was applying for. It's best to negotiate as much as you can because there's no real career progression here.
The interview was very pleasant. The interviewers were very nice and also personally interesting to me. The interview lasted about an hour. A few days later, I received a job offer.
