Candidate-reported interview process

We had a video call interview, then a phone call, then a typical HR interview, followed by a 1-hour case study and a 1-hour interview with the teams.

The interview process was very friendly and responsive. It was a smooth and considerate experience, and I felt respected. There were multiple rounds of interviews, which seems to depend on the specific position and level. The questions asked during the interviews were thoughtful and meaningful. Overall, it was a pretty pleasant experience.

first HR will reach out, then you will interview with the hiring manager, followed by a second round with the departmental head and another senior manager. If you're applying internally, your relationship with people is valued more than your skills.
